Terms and Conditions

We only post in the UK Mainland via either Royal Mail Signed for / Parcel Force/ DPD or Evri .


When you place a order, we will get back to you with a payment link from our secure payment link we send you which will come from Julie at Crowsfeet..


 You can be sent the payment link via email or Mobile phone number. We can also take over phone payment in our shop opening hours:-

Wednesday to Saturday 10am till 4pm ( At a convenient time to us and customer! You can request we call you for any information in the UK)


You can also message us via the link on website!


We will always try and give you the best postage costs and will always let you know before we take any payment.


Parcels are usually sent out Wednesday to Saturday. We will try and dispatch same day we are in shop if we can and we have received payment.


Any product we post to you can be returned in exact condition you received it, if you do not want. 

We do require you to let us know within 3 days and

You need to return to our address within 7 days and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.. We will only refund once the item is back in shop!


For hygiene reasons we do not accept earrings or any skin care products back unless faulty.


We only trade in pounds and sterling.. UK only!

A Return and Refund policy 

  • Terms of return ( within 7 days)  Customer responsible for return postage ( unless faulty) 
  • State of return: Shall be the same condition it arrived and packaged.
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • Process for return: Please contact us within 3 days
  • Process of refund: Refund to same card it was paid with.
  • Contact details: Message us at Crowsfeet.
  • Earrings and skin care products will not be exchanged or refunded for Hygiene reasons! ( unless faulty)
